You own the assets
The domain, DNS, hosting billing, production data, content and deployed site stay in the customer’s accounts unless a written handover says otherwise.
Trust
The client owns the digital assets.
Sunlit Logic manages them with explicit permission. The public website never asks you to sign in. The client portal is a separate, invited workspace.
No password sharing
Sunlit Logic never asks for Cloudflare, GitHub, registrar, email or payment-provider passwords. Access is OAuth, a scoped token you create, membership you grant, or a guided change you make yourself.
Least privilege
Access is limited to the zone, repository or system needed for the agreed work, and can be revoked.
Written approvals
Scope, design, launch and final acceptance are recorded decisions—not a casual “looks good” in chat.
SUNNY stays internal
SUNNY is the studio’s operator and is not the legal seller, the contracting party or the owner of customer assets.
