This website is operated under the Sunlit Logic brand by Leveriano Habiyambere, Australian sole trader, ABN 99 286 419 439. The operator is not currently registered for GST.
Information, not a project agreement
Website content describes general capability and process. It is not a quote, promise to accept work, guarantee of availability or binding project scope. A project exists only after the parties agree its scope, price, timing and applicable terms.
Project enquiries
You must provide information you are authorised to share and that is reasonably accurate. Submitting an enquiry does not create a customer relationship, reserve time or require either party to proceed.
Capability and outcomes
Every engagement is assessed against its specific requirements, access, dependencies and risks. Sunlit Logic does not guarantee revenue, leads, conversion rates, search rankings, uninterrupted third-party services or outcomes controlled by external providers or user behaviour.
Concept and demonstration work
Portfolio items labelled concept or demonstration are not presented as commissioned client work. They show design or engineering approach without claiming a customer relationship or business result.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, submit malicious material, probe private systems or use forms for spam or unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original design, writing and implementation are owned by the operator. Third-party names and technologies remain the property of their respective owners. Project intellectual-property terms are defined separately for each engagement.
External services and links
Links and integrations may depend on third parties. Sunlit Logic is not responsible for an external provider’s content, availability or terms. No partnership or endorsement is implied merely by naming a technology or provider.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Project-specific agreements may include their own agreed governing terms.
