Evidence before claims

Results should be measured, not implied.

We are building our customer evidence. There are no published customer revenue case studies yet. The examples below explain the method; they are not claims about completed client work.

Illustrative enquiry workflow

From arrival to ownership.

Record enquiry arrival, first response, responsible person and next action. Test that a legitimate missed enquiry reaches the correct follow-up path.

Measure: response time, unassigned enquiries and completed next actions. Booked work requires a verified outcome record.

Illustrative quote workflow

From sent to decided.

Record the quote date, appropriate follow-up timing and the customer’s decision. Stop contact on decline or opt-out.

Measure: quotes with a next action, follow-up completion and known won/lost decisions. Silence is not a conversion result.

Illustrative management workflow

From activity to useful evidence.

Compare the agreed baseline with the review period. Separate process improvement from changes caused by seasonality, volume or job mix.

Measure: agreed operating indicators. Collected revenue is counted only when payment evidence supports it.

A fair economic case

Job value is not the same as profit.

Use contribution after direct job costs, realistic recovery scenarios and delivery costs. An additional A$3,000 job at 40% contribution provides A$1,200 before the implementation fee and other costs. It does not automatically make an investment worthwhile.

Unknown inputs stay unknown. We use your figures where available and label assumptions. We do not publish testimonials, customer logos or outcomes without permission and evidence.
