Who owns my website?
You do. The domain, DNS, hosting billing, production data, content and deployed site stay in your accounts unless a written handover says otherwise.
Do I need to provide passwords?
No. Sunlit Logic does not collect Cloudflare, GitHub, registrar, email or payment-provider passwords. Access is scoped, revocable and granted by you.
What happens after I enquire?
A person reviews the request against capability and scope. You receive clarifying questions, a written path, or a clear note if it is not a fit. Enquiry is not a contract.
Can you work with my current website?
Yes, when the work is a repair, modernisation, growth pass or ongoing care. The first step is evidence of what is failing or unclear — not a promise to replace everything.
How are changes handled?
In-scope revisions are agreed during review. New work is a change request with a written effect on scope, time and price.
Can you maintain the site?
Yes, as Care & Improvement after delivery. There is no invented public SLA or package price. You still own the assets.
Can I leave or move providers?
Yes. Handover is designed so you are not locked in. Unused access is revoked after handover unless a care engagement continues.
How do approvals work?
Scope, design, launch and final acceptance are recorded decisions in the Client Workspace — not informal chat approval.
What happens if my request needs custom software?
It is routed to technical discovery. Custom systems are assessed first. They are not sold as finished delivery until the work is understood and agreed.
